How does the Winc subscription work?
Winc is a personalized wine club that delivers bottles tailored to your palate directly to your door. After taking our Palate Profile quiz, we recommend wines specifically for you. You can skip a month or cancel anytime.
Where does Winc ship?
We currently ship to most states within the United States. However, due to state regulations, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or certain restricted states. An adult signature (21+) is required for all deliveries.
What is your 'Satisfaction Guarantee' policy?
If you don't love a bottle you receive, we will give you full credit for it so you can try something else. We want you to enjoy every sip without the risk.
Can I customize the wines in my monthly shipment?
Absolutely. While we provide recommendations based on your profile, you have full control to swap out bottles, add more, or change your order frequency through your account dashboard.
How are the wines sourced and produced?
We work directly with growers and winemakers from around the world to create diverse, high-quality wines. By cutting out the middleman, we provide premium wines at a more accessible price point.
How do I skip a month or cancel my membership?
You can skip a month at any time by logging into your account and selecting the 'Skip a Month' option before your order processes. To cancel, please contact our support team via live chat or email.
